PRIVATE RESERVE LIMITED RELEASE  AGED 10 YEARS SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY  The Bushmills Private Reserve Collection is a new series of small batch single malts hand selected with unique cask finishes born from the original Irish single malt tradition that Bushmills pioneered.  This 10 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for 6 years before finishing for a minimum of 4 years in Plum Brandy pipes from Alsace France.  MATURATION  PRIMARY American Oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage  Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry butts from Antonio P√°ez Lobato cooperage  SECONDARY Plum brandy casks from Alsace France.  Master Distiller Colum Egar   Master Blender Alex Thomas   Tasting Notes While the bourbon casks impart rich hints of vanilla and oak the sherry casks infuse the whiskey with notes of dried fruits and spice and the plum brandy casks round out the profile with balanced sweetness resulting in harmonious complexity.

PRIVATE RESERVE LIMITED RELEASE  AGED 12 YEARS SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY  The Bushmills Private Reserve Collection is a new series of small batch single malts hand selected with unique cask finishes born from the original Irish single malt tradition that Bushmills pioneered.  This 12 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks before finishing in tequila casks from Jalisco Mexico.  MATURATION PRIMARY American Oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage  Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry butts from Antonio P√°ez Lobato cooperage  SECONDARY A combination of oak a√±ejo and reposado tequila casks originating from Jalisco Mexico.  Master Distiller Colum Egar   Master Blender Alex Thomas   Tasting Notes Creamy butterscotch leads into spiced vanilla complemented with a hint of black olive anise and toasted oak. The legendary Bushmills malt is immediately evident with apples and sweet melon leading to a long warming vanilla entwined with anise and cinnamon finish.
