Clan Colla 11-Year-Old Irish Whiskey is a smooth yet complex blend of malt and grain whiskeys. This sourced malt has been Double Distilled, blended with grain, triple casked in ex-Bourbon Barrels, Oloroso Sherry Butts and Peated Casks, and aged for 11 years.
The 11 Year Old Blend won a silver medal at the International Wine &amp; Spirits Competition.
Tasting Notes
Nose: An earthy aroma with hints of toasted oak
Taste: A rich honey sweetness combined with salted citrus and sherry notes
Finish: Deep and rounded finish with a wisp of peat smoke

Taste: A smooth creamy sweetness with citrus and sherry notes, then more fruit, nutsand bourbon malt maturity, caramel and fresh apricots

This fine 20 Year Old Malt release in our Ahascragh Distillers Family Bond Series was double distilled in 2001, carefully matured for 19 long years in American Bourbon Barrels and finished for one more year in Italian Amarone casks.

Time spent in the Bourbon Barrels lays down flavours that have become the signatures of Irish Whiskey. A perfect harmony of honeycomb, vanilla and caramel. Finishing in the Amarone cask elevates this remarkable whiskey to new heights of texture and flavour. Red fruits, milk chocolate and nutmeg explode on the palate and lead to a lasting, velvet finish.

Ahascragh Distillery Clan Colla Irish Whiskey 20 YO Amarone Cask Strength

A Unique Fusion of Pot Still, Single Malt and Single Grain
UAIS (pron. OOSH) The Triple Blend is a unique fusion of 25% Pot Still, 25% Single Malt and 50% Single Grain Whiskeys, aged in Ex-Bourbon &amp; Virgin Oak casks.
This whiskey is named for Cairel Colla Uais: one of the famed Three Collas, brothers who once ruled ancient Ireland. Against tradition Uais overthrew the sitting monarch and ruled as High King for four short but glorious years.
The UAIS bottle is made from the most eco-friendly materials possible using; 100% recycled glass, 100% recycled paper, a wood-stopper and a biodegradable vegetable-based seal.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pear and apple.
Taste: Smooth with honey and butterscotch, tropical fruits, vanilla toffee and banana.
Finish: A sweet fudgy finish with lots of vanilla and a light chewiness.

Clan Colla 9-Year-Old is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys aged in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Bordeaux Wine casks. The first Bordeaux finish release from our Family Bond series, aged 9 years, has an extremely complex flavour profile balancing the peppery spice of the French oak with the luscious, oaky fruitiness of the red wine finish.

Nose: Sweet toffee and brown sugar with a subtle hint of fruitiness
Taste: A peppery spiciness that softens into creamy, fruity flavours from the Bordeaux wine finish

The first Single Malt release in our Ahascragh Distillers Family Bond Series was distilled in 2001 and represents an extremely limited release. 
Irish legend tells the story of the Three Colla brothers, Colla Uais, Colla Fo Chrí and Colla Menn who conquered and ruled over most of Ireland with Colla Uais becoming Ard Rí or High King of Ireland in the 4th century.
This sourced-release spent 19 years in first fill American White Oak Bourbon Casks, before being finished in Spanish Oloroso Butts from Jerez.
Clan Colla 19 Year Old Single Malt with an Oloroso Finish won a Silver medal, scoring 94 points, at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

This exceptional Single Malt release in our Ahascragh Distillers Family Bond Series was distilled in 2001 and spent 19 years in first fill American White Oak Bourbon Casks, before being finished in Pedro Ximénez Sweet White Wine Casks from the sherry region of Jerez in Spain.
Irish legend tells the story of the Three Colla brothers, Colla Uais, Colla Fo Chrí and Colla Menn who conquered and ruled over most of Ireland with Colla Uais becoming Ard Rí or High King of Ireland in the 4th century. 
A perfect harmony of honeycomb, vanilla and caramel. The Pedro Ximénez cask finish brings a new level of depth and complexity to this remarkable liquid. Toasted nuts, figs, raisins and dark chocolate enhance the palette and build to a rich, long finish.

Irish Blood and Asian Hearts
Xin (pron. SHIN) Gin was designed to be at the heart of gatherings. Xin’s founders Michelle &amp; Gareth McAllister have Irish blood and Asian hearts.
After spending many years in Asia, they wanted to merge what they loved about their two homes. The word itself means ‘heart’ or ‘feelings’ in Mandarin.
The design of the bottle, with ancient Celtic swirls contrasted with a modern eastern aesthetic reflects the liquid inside – a perfect balance of European and Oriental botanicals.

Nose: Aromas of rose, persimmon, citrus and herbal notes
Palate: Juniper, citrus zest and rose, with persimmon and undertones of dill
