Baldur's Martini

Grapefruit and Aquavit has got to be one of my favorite flavor pairings. The bright grapefruit just compliments the sharp herbal notes of the Aquavit so well. Here's a Martini riff using Bittermen's Citron Sauvage. (A slightly bitter, slightly herbal grapefruit aperitif and the classic Linie Aquavit.)
