A tasty trick I keep in my pocket. The Mezcal Jungle Bird. Tonight I shall call her: 6th Dimensión.

Ingredients:

Mestiza Mezcal
-
Campari
Instructions:
Technique:
Medium* or whip shake (depending on 🧊)
Ice here: 1/2 Rocks from @pennypoundice (I split the Rocks)
Suggested Glass:
Collins glass or any tall tiki mug
Garnish:
Mint Bouquet
Black, Dehydrated Lime - Took me FOREVER to make but was 110% worth it for the brand🖤
Semi-rich Vanilla Bean Syrup 3:4
400g Sugar
300g Water
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Bean Paste
Combine in Small pot
Start at medium heat, bring to a boil
Turn to low heat and let simmer for 10 mins
Remove from heat and pour syrup into container for cooling
Once cool, label and store in fridge
