"Giants in Patagonia | Crafted Pour"

"Patagonia is a region shared by both Chile and Argentina at the tip of South America divided by the Andes Mountains. It is said that giants ruled this place long ago, and looking at photographs it’s easy to believe. This cocktail is an ode to the “first warrior” into battle to face these giants by introducing big flavors to compliment the incredible Trä-Kál Patagonian Spirit. Made from a base of apples, pears and crabapples and redistilled with a blend of two types of mint and four berries found on the Chilean side of Patagonia, this is a really interesting and unique spirit. Strawberry syrup and mint were obvious adds but a touch of Cocalero Negro, an almost amaro-like botanical spirit/liqueur also from Chile, brings in a touch of complex citrus and heat while Applejack brings a bit more apple flair to the drink. Finished with aromatic mint juxtaposed with smoked paprika, this cocktail is an ode to the beauty of the land and spirit of bravery of the first warrior (Trä-Kál’s literal translation) to face off against the giants of the past. Cheers!", "undefined", "Giants in Patagonia",
