"Strawberry Shorti | Crafted Pour"

"This is a wonderful, and esoteric, recipe from one of my favorite home bartenders on instagram! I loved the sound of the flavor profile of this cocktail. Originally a split base of bourbon and strawberry brandy, I subbed in strawberry infused-Pisco and used Manzinilla Sherry instead of Amontillado, and switched the bitters and vanilla extract in for the ones she used but otherwise this is a faithful recreation (okay, bit of a stretch, but she boujie) The Biscotti Liqueur is really nice and not as crazy sweet as I was expecting so this came out really well balanced, with just enough vanilla and strawberry flavor to not overpower the nuttiness of the sherry or liqueur. The saline actually adds a bit of flavor to this, which surprised me, but it works really well with the vanilla notes. This was delicious, and if you’ve got even half the ingredients it’s worth playing around with for Valentine’s Day!", "undefined", "Strawberry Shorti",
