I made a batch of Matt Pietrek’s “analog” fassionola and it is so delicious. It was one ingredient I hadn’t tried before, but when I was almost out of passionfruit syrup, I decided it was time to give it a try. I’ve tried a few delicious drinks using it so far, and wanted to try out a recipe of my own.   • 1.75 ozLondon Dry Gin
  • 0.75 ozRed Fassionola
  • 0.75 ozFresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 ozPineapple Juice
  • 0.25 ozHoney Syrup
  • 2 dash(es)Angostura Bitters
