"Justin DuPré & Greg Clapp | Crafted Pour"

"We are long-time attendees and now producers of Tiki Kon, an annual tropical-pop weekender in Portland, Oregon. We also have a legit, built-out tiki bar in our basement. Tiki was our entree into bartending and craft cocktails. That genre helped us realize that there's so much more to booze than getting drunk on rum and Coke in the kitchen. After completing the Water Bearer card at Hale Pele (every drink on the menu) and countless tropical drinks of varying quality from any bar that serves them, we've moved on from shaken citrus-forward tiki drinks. We’re now exploring the world of top shelf spirit-forward stirred drinks made using industry best practice techniques. In the process, we’re gradually moving beyond the recipes of others and learning how to combine ingredients and flavors into our own concoctions. It’s been a delicious and delightful journey that gives us the opportunity to connect with friends in a new way and make new friends from around the world…with delicious results!", "undefined", "Justin DuPré & Greg Clapp",
