I’ve been cocktail-curious since college, but only knew enough to be dangerous until blind luck would lead me to become friends with a few nefarious bar owners and managers. I got more serious about my cocktail game around 2016. Once the pandemic hit, it all got kicked into high gear. While certainly not a professional, I’ll cop to being a full-blown cocktail nerd.
