"Saturn Sour | Crafted Pour"

"Ad/ I won a competition last year with an interesting riff of one of a Saturn (okay, it was barely related) so I thought it would be fun to subvert the original here and turn it into a sour! Has this been done before? Possibly. Was it incredibly delicious? Absolutely! I added in the Chartreuse to bring in some honeyed herbal layers to the 3 different syrups: Passionfruit brings the fruity, orgeat the nutty and the falernum the spicy limey. On top of that we have the delightful Plymouth gin (I’ll describe it as perfectly balanced between dry and botanical) and fresh lemon juice. Tiki bitters add a ton of spice and complexity to the cocktail. All these syrups work excitingly well together and what we lack in original tiki classic we make up for with an interesting twist on it! Cheers!", "undefined", "Saturn Sour",
