Ingredients:
- Cloudberry Gin
- Bakeapple Sauce/syrup/jam
Instructions:
Add mint and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle lightly. Add cloudberry and stir gently to combine. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well, then fine strain into a highball glass. Add ice and top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
