Sometimes I have to disregard my own tastes when making drinks, because sometimes my tastes can be too narrow (yes that was a hard pill for me to swallow 😂). I did not like this drink one bit but it sold very well. It’s important for me to ignore my instincts every once in a while—it leads to a much more well-rounded menu. Everyone has different tastes and I have to remember that criticism isn’t fact—it's opinion.
Ingredients:
- Angostura Bitters
- Falernum
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (sans ginger beer) to tin with ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice and garnish
*Thai Tea Syrup: 1 lb Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup Thai Tea, Boiling water.
