"I drew the short straw on this one and made a legendary Brain Eraser featuring Two Eagles Distillery's Prospect Vodka! Two Eagles Distillery is based in Mount Prospect, IL, and has a range of premium spirits. As a member of The Crafted Pour's Tastemaker Program, I have had the honor and the joy of trying the Prospect Vodka from Two Eagles. I have their Reserve Bourbon to try as well, and I am very excited about it! Thank you for the opportunity to try these amazing spirits! The Brain Eraser is meant to be taken all at once through a straw instead of just being sipped, and it was very hard to suck that much volume through such a small straw! I probably would have been better off cutting a longer straw to make it a bit easier. Overall, the drink was surprisingly tasty and went down very smoothly. I couldn't do it all at once, it took me 2-3 sips to finish, but after 2 or 3 of these you definitely won't remember in the morning! Kahlúa has a similar recipe for a "Mind Eraser" on their bottle, omitting the amaretto and making an equal parts drink with the vodka and club soda which sounds good, and I definitely want to try it, but the addition of the amaretto does provide a slightly deeper dimension which makes for a very enjoyable drink.
