This one was for my cousin’s man Kurtis, and he loved it. Pretty tame flavour-wise, with a piña colada at its heart, but supremely delicious.
Ingredients:
- Spiced Rum
- Dry Curaçao
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a pilsner or highball glass. Top with more ice if necessary. Garnish with a mint sprig and speared pineapple chunks.
