So here is my version of the Derby Daiquiri.
Ingredients:
- Tiki Lovers White Rum
- Sugar Mix
Instructions:
Combine salt solution, lime acid, orange juice, and sugar in a shaking tin. Using a milk frother, blend until sugar has dissolved. Add lightly aged rum, 2 small cubes, and one large cube. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora (6oz).
