"This is an expanded and exoticized version of something I’ve been making my partner lately. She’s not the biggest fan of rum or crushed ice, so I’m often making her more standard cocktails that are usually their own thing.
This one had some great flavours at the heart though, so I lengthened it with some fizz and ice. The format is basically the Max’s Mistake from Smugglers Cove, which is always a fun template to work with.

Ingredients:
- Plymouth Gin
- Dry Curaçao
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin with 1 1/2 cups of roughly crushed ice. Flash blend, then open pour into a snifter or other large glass. Add more ice to fill if necessary. Garnish with dried hibiscus, a mint sprig, and a swizzle stick.
