Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Reserve Whiskey
- Apple Brandy
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients stir with ice and strain.
This cocktail works well in a coupe or in a rocks glass served with a large cube.
Sub Recipe
Cinnamon suryp
Muddle cinnamon stick until it is throughly broken into bits
combine with 2 cups each sugar and water bring to a boil simmer 3-5 min on low heat chill over night strain through mesh strainer and cheese cloth.
Vanilla Bean suryp
Same as above but, instead of cinnamon stick split Vanilla bean and put directly in with sugar and water
