"Earl Lavender Sour | Crafted Pour"

"I was fortunate enough to recieve a wonderful gift from Scrappy's Bitters a few days ago and wanted to experiment with some of my most sought after bitters: lavender and cardamom. I thought to pair the lavender with Drumshambo’s wonderful Gunpowder Gin and Giffard’s Crème de Violette while accentuating some of my favorite tea flavors with the cardamom. This egg white sour turned out to be the perfect combo, a little on the drier side but more interesting for it, the bitters picking up the notes I was looking for and also having their own flavors popping out. This was my first time using Scrappys personally and I now have a dedicated shelf for all their offerings. I imagine I’ll be reordering a lot of these sooner rather than later!", "undefined", "Earl Lavender Sour",
