"Pamplemousse Pisco Sour | Crafted Pour"

"One of my favorite combinations of all time is Aperol and Grapefruit. I put together a Grapefruit Gin Sour last year using Aperol and it opened my eyes to this perfect pairing. When Combier announced their #playwithyourfruits competition I instantly purchased their Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur and came up with this delicious Pisco Sour riff. Pisco lends itself super well to all types of fruits, but particularly grapefruit. Nutmeg’s aroma starts you off on this cocktail and the first sip is all lemon and cinnamon, followed by a sweet and sour tang from the Pamplemousse with the slight edge of Pisco’s grape base mingling perfectly. Creamy egg white brings in a silky mouthfeel and spreads the flavors out just enough to taste them all. This is ideal as a welcome to spring with all the bright notes or as an ode to fall with the warming spices: either way, the combination is perfect to showcase a delicious, balanced, pretty-in-pink grapefruit liqueur!", "undefined", "Pamplemousse Pisco Sour",
