"Honey Scotch Highball | Crafted Pour"

"Highballs are one of my favorite “safe” drinks to get at a concert or shifty bar. I was at a concert earlier in the year and got a Whiskey Highball with Makers Mark and it was delicious (and expensive). At home, I don’t tend to go with bubbly drinks THAT much, but something about these new highball glasses has got me wanting all sorts of tall bubbly drinks with a sour-style base underneath (with different ratios, obviously). This seems to be a winner, with a classic honey/lemon/tea combo with Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, an affordable, solid offering that isn’t on the same level as more expensive ones but is perfect for cocktails. With a little seasoning of black lemon and cardomom bitters from Scrappy’s this should be absolutely delicious!", "undefined", "Honey Scotch Highball",
