Ingredients:
- Flor De Cana Extra Seco 4 Year Rum
- Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Raspberry Syrup
Combine 500g simple syrup, 150g fresh raspberries and 1.5g citric acid in a heat-proof bag. Sous vide at 57°C for two hours. Strain, bottle and store - refrigerated - for up to two weeks.
