"Santa's Sleigh | Crafted Pour"

"Well, since Santa’s sleigh is full of gifts, we’re gonna go back to a #whatifwednesday topic from a few months back: accepting presents on a first date. A few of my friends have either made or accepted baked goods from someone they met on an app. But my all-time favorite anecdote for an online dating gift belongs to the gent who brought my friend a plastic bag filled with raw chicken slices. 🎅🏻 He didn’t present the chicken until the end of the date when he ran to his car to retrieve it. (From the glove compartment? The backseat? We have so many questions.) My friend didn’t accept the chicken, nor did she see him again. I’m assuming none of you would accept raw chicken from a perfect stranger, but tell me in the comments if I’m wrong 😆 also let me know if you have any ideas as to why he thought this might have been a good move 🐓 🎅🏻 This delicious riff on a Singapore Sling (one of my favorite classic recipes) might be a better offering to Santa than cookies this year.
