"Chartreuse Caboose | Crafted Pour"

"Apparently I’m on a reshake-arama but I don’t mind cause I’ve been drinking some really awesome cocktails from my friends on Instagram. This one is a masterpiece from one of my favorite accounts! A full ounce of Absinthe and Green Chartreuse blended with Liber and co’s excellent orgeat, a delicious homemade lime cordial and celery bitters: who would’ve thought? This cocktail slaps HARD! I did make a change, as my absinthe was a touch higher proof than the one My friend used, so I subbed a 1/4 oz for Velvet Falernum to keep this already high proof cocktail around a similar ABV (the difference is minimal, though Velvet Falernum is a super fun addition to a cocktail like this) Herbal, nutty, anisey, almost a little dry but everything in here is sweet but remained perfectly balanced and totally crushable due to all the ice diminishing one’s perception of sweetness. Highly recommend giving this a shot", "undefined", "Chartreuse Caboose",
