Sub in honey for simple syrup and you have yourself a Gold Rush. We took the 'Gold Rush' template and added a little rose water to it. We weren't sure if rose water would work with Bourbon.... but OH, YA IT DID! Add a little egg white foam and some bitters and you have yourself one heck of a refreshing drink!

Ingredients:
- Hirsch The Horizon Straight Bourbon
- Honey Syrup
Instructions:
Except for the bitters, combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for at least 30 seconds. (For extra foam add Hawthorne spring to shaker) Strain into glass of choice and put the bitters on top of the foam. Garnish and enjoy!
