"You tell me what this cocktail is a riff on. Negroni, White Negroni, Mezcal Negroni, Martini, Mezcal Martini… that’s why it got it’s own name. Bringing in a delicious Mezcal pairing with ingredients from all of the above, this is a nuanced but delicious stirred and boozy that I truly enjoyed creating and drinking. I was trying to finish up my honeydew infused Campari but the flavor actually comes through here along with the bitter orange; perhaps the botanicals in the vermouth allow the fruity infusion to shine. Cocchi Americano’s floral notes sit underneath the vegetal burn of the mezcal and celery bitters that linger pleasantly toward the end. Fino adds a notable salty element without overpowering the first hit of the fruity ones",
