Less tart, more sweet…absolutely decadent! Hope you enjoy! 🍸 Ingredients: - London Dry Gin - Dry Vermouth Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients, except egg whites, to a shaker filled with ¾ ice. 2. Shake and strain contents to mixing glass (wet shake). 3. Add egg whites to mixing glass contents and shake again, without ice (dry shake). 4. Pour contents into a martini or coupe glass. 5. Garnish and serve! *For Raspberry/Blackberry syrup: 0.5 parts raspberries 0.5 parts blackberries 1 part water 2 parts sugar Muddle berries together with sugar. Let sit for about 20-30 minutes. Add the water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Strain through a chinois or cheesecloth.
