This drink was borne out of a plan to make an East India No. 2, but I didn't have any pineapple syrup on hand. However, I had the raspberry syrup that makes the No. 1.
So I combined them and lengthened it with some ginger beer for a sweet yet sophisticated sipper.
Ingredients:
- Brandy
- Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
Instructions:
Shake booze, juices, syrup and bitters with ice. Strain into an iced highball glass and top with ginger beer.
