"Element of Surprise | Crafted Pour"

"I have a broad palate, but whisk(e)y still remains my favorite. Usually I gravitate to boozy/stirred drinks, almost to the point of ignoring sour-style drinks. And then a drink comes along like this one and I have to look myself in the mirror and ask: what are you doing, man?? Re: it’s incredibly delicious, refreshing, and such a great way to enjoy an awesome Irish whiskey. I think the key flavor pairing here is Irish whiskey + mandarin orange. I had a bag of them sitting on my kitchen counter and had the sense it would work nicely. A bit of Monte accentuates the orange bit while adding some seasoning/depth. The rosemary is more of a subtle accent here, and I bet this would still be nice with regular simple syrup. Seriously, give this one a go!", "undefined", "Element of Surprise",
