But when we ARE front porch people, this delicious garden fresh mule will be the official drink of FP Sundays. Two of my favourite distilleries—the Newfoundland Distillery Co. and Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers come together to make the perfect springtime sipper.
Ingredients:
- Cloudberry Gin
- Natural Peach Schnapps
Instructions:
Core the strawberries and add to a cocktail shaker with lemon juice. Muddle and add remaining ingredients (except ginger beer). Shake well with ice. Fine strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish.
