Ingredients: - Pineapple Dole Whip - Mezcal Instructions: Start with a scoop of pineapple dole whip, but if you don’t have dole whip, this cocktail is equally delicious without it! Pour in the mezcal (feel free to bump it up to 2 oz) then pour in equal amounts of orange juice and pineapple juice. Finish with a float of chambord (I add at least .5 oz).
