"Tiki Room Sunset | Crafted Pour"

"One of my favorite things at Disneyland has always been the Tiki Room Dole Whips! They are not only delicious, but a unique treat that for the longest time I thought was only available at Disneyland alone. But then I moved to a small town outside of Las Vegas and discovered dole whip being sold at our mom-and-pop fast food joint, Chilly Jillys! So now I can not only enjoy the nostalgia of dole whips in my own backyard, so to speak, but transform them into adult treats, like this cocktail inspired by a tequila sunset, but substituting in mezcal for a smokey undertone to the brightness from the orange and pineapple citrus, then topped with a sweet float of chambord! Ingredients: - Pineapple Dole Whip - Mezcal Instructions: Start with a scoop of pineapple dole whip, but if you don’t have dole whip, this cocktail is equally delicious without it! Pour in the mezcal (feel free to bump it up to 2 oz) then pour in equal amounts of orange juice and pineapple juice. Finish with a float of chambord (I add at least .5 oz). Garnish with a cherry and/or pineapple slice. Refreshing,Tropical,Disney,Tiki
