I was instantly enchanted. As a native of LA, I LOVE cilantro and this was the first time I'd seen it in a cocktail. The result is complex, but inviting, refreshing, but dangerous. Ingredients: - Gin - Fresh Lemon Juice Instructions: Pour a few drops of Pernod into your chilled martini glass and drain. The Pernod is crucial, but a little goes a long way. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice before straining into your martini glass.
