Meet my new tiki baby! She is funky, fresh, and fun...just like us.
Ingredients:

Mount Gay Barbados Rum

Plantation 3 Stars White Rum
Instructions:
Build in Boston Shaker
Medium Shake (Make sure the coconut milk is mixed thoroughly)
Double Strain over Crushed Ice/Pebble Ice into Snifter Glass or large Tiki Mug
Garnish with Mint Bouquet, barspoon of "Jam", fresh grated nutmeg
Blackberry Vanilla Bean Syrup
1000g Black Berries - Muddled in a large pot
1000g Sugar
500g Water
2 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Combine in small pot
Start at medium heat, bring to boil.
Turn to low heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain syrup and seperate the "jam" from the syrup with a fine mesh chinois strainer.
The syrup should be in one container and the jam in the second container to be used as garnish.
Once cool, label and store in fridge.
