"Graveyard of the Atlantic | Crafted Pour"

"I lived in North Carolina for 10 months during High School but never made it to the Outer Banks. A decade later, here I am to celebrate Thanksgiving with my boyfriend’s family, and the timing is convient for my “Have Coupe, Will Travel” series! I was reading up on the area to figure out some locations for themed cocktails and learned that this area of the coast is known as the Graveyard of the Atlantic! I knew I’d have to utilize some Shipwreck Rums here, and decided to make a strawberry and black pepper syrup to lean into the spice and mesh with the coconut, and we got a nice little daquiri variant here that tastes wonderful and a photograph with the beautiful, but dangerous, seas surrounding OBX. Delightful sipper with just enough kick from the shrub and pepper to remind you that, while beautiful, the danger of the ocean can never be ignored!", "undefined", "Graveyard of the Atlantic",
