"My choice for my first Welcome Home cocktail, and one I only needed a couple of things for! Al Sotack created this one in 2014, and he said they “served a bazillion of these because all of the ingredients are fairly recognizable - and it’s delicious.” I can agree with both of those things, seeing as I had everything on hand except the Beefeater so I subbed in the infinitely more interesting Tanqueray Ten. Other than that, this spec is spot on, and this drink is AMAZING. I really enjoyed having this super summery sipper during the tail end of Fall because I could pretend it was 75 and sunny instead of steadily cooling off. By Mike Vander Horn,
My choice for my first Welcome Home cocktail, and one I only needed a couple of things for! Oh, and if you’re wondering about the name, Al says: “I named it after trampolines because, well, trampolines are fun.” Right on, Al. Right on.
