"Pàssaro da Selva | Crafted Pour"

"This is my next foray into Cachaça with a riff on a Jungle Bird, which I assume has been done but I can’t really translate the Portugese websites that come up when I search the name so, uhh, let’s just assume I didn’t come up with this all on my own. I subbed out dark rum for Leblon Cachaça, and to be honest I’m way more sold on the spirit. It’s hard to ruin a Jungle Bird made to spec, with only the spirit sub and addition of Scrappy’s celery bitters to emphasize the vegetal notes in the Cachaça, but Leblon gives the drink a slightly different character. As it is wont to do, Campari is the loudest other player, screaming “NOTICE ME” like I tend to do sometimes on the internet. We get along well. The pineapple lime and demerara syrup balance it out though and leave us with a refreshing drink thats a little intense but all the better for it", "undefined", "Pàssaro da Selva",
