"Bumbu Old Fashioned | Crafted Pour"

"It's Old Fashioned Week! An instagram friend of mine made an Old Fashioned with Bumbu rum the other day and I wanted to follow suit! I knew I’d be a little off on the ingredients but some of the credit for the flavor profile goes to him. I used my turbinado instead of demerara, which was 1:1 for another cocktail I made, and used a barspoon of Licor 43 instead of vanilla syrup and a barspoon of China-China instead of old fashioned bitters. Overall, kinda a different drink, but also I think I see what he was saying about the Bumbu: it is rich with spice notes (and banana, I swear I get so much banana) and smooth as all hell, and this bottle I had relegated to a back part of my bar cart is back in rotation now that I’ve seen how well it works with all these flavors. I’d up the bitterness here next time and cut the sugar, but not a bad drink at all at the end of the day", "undefined", "Bumbu Old Fashioned",
