Tonight's cocktail is a version of one of my all-time favorite cocktails, a Sazerac. I first had this back in 2013 when I went skiing in Colorado with family, and ever since I have sought this out when I see it on a menu at a bar.

Ingredients:
- Herbsaint
- Ruddell's Mill Kentucky Straight Rye
Instructions:
Pour the liqueur into a chilled rocks glass, swirl around till the sides are nice and coated, and then toss anything that doesn't stick. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into the glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
