"Ruddell's Avenue | Crafted Pour"

"Ad/ This is a Boulevardier riff based on the honey, vanilla and honeydew notes of Ruddell’s Mill’s delicious Bourbon. I chose the underutilized Drambuie to bring honey, Licor 43 for complex vanilla and infused Campari with honeydew to try a eek the notable flavors of the spirit, and the pairing was incredible! I split the Sweet vermouth with Fino Sherry to cut the sweetness and increase the nutty undertone, added Fee Brother’s Black Walnut to match, and a bit of saline to round it all out and soften the sweeter notes. This was really tasty, bittersweet and delicious, honey and vanilla lending themselves to the template really well while the honeydew gives a faint fruitiness to meld with the bitter orange of the campari. Cheers!", "undefined", "Ruddell's Avenue",
