Ingredients:
- Champagne
- Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Scoop out the pulp from a whole passion fruit into the shaker.
Add the vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and then use a blender to mix it all together.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a martini glass - or perhaps a coupe. :)
Pour the champagne (or any sparkling wine really) then garnish with a half passion fruit.
