"@srdistilled was kind enough to gift us a bottle of their Single Malt Whiskey. Distilled from Vienna, Munich, Crystal, and Chocolate Malt and matured in ex-bourbon barrels. While I was sipping this whiskey neat, the notes of malt and toffee flavor forward with a dark chocolate and coffee finish made me want to create something with peanuts and bananas to compliment it. I am not sure if you are from Southern California but summer has finally hit us over here. It's hot 🥵. I wanted to create something I could sip on my patio in my rocking chair and cool down while enjoying our views. We decided to start with the Amaretto Sour cocktail, but pump it up with some peanut butter powder to add to the nuttiness and add banana for texture and fun flavor. And I already told you it's hot so let's blend this bad boy.
