"I have a delicious old-fashioned for you today featuring an incredible single-malt Irish whiskey (kindly sent by @elementwhiskey). I’ve been on a bug Irish whiskey kick lately, so this one really hit the spot! I wanted to play up the malt angle a bit, so I included a little genever, which also added a hint of seasoning and a perception of sweetness. This highlighted the cherry element quite well, both from the liqueur and from the candied (alcoholic) cherries. These are a new release from @tempus_fugit_spirits (thank you!) and are super yummy.
I haven’t done any video content in a minute, but I’m having a blast with my new camera lens and figured I’d do my best @highproofpreacher impression. I’m excited to keep working on those video skills this year!",

Ingredients:
- Element Irish Whisky
- Genever
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into glass over large ice. Garnish with cherries and orange twist.
