"The Champion’s Cocktail",

Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Spruce Syrup
Instructions:
In a large glass stein or other clear glass, add a couple of large ice cubes, then vodka, curacao, lemon, and syrups. Add glitter and stir to combine. Top with soda water and give a final stir. Garnish with a lemon peel (optional).
For syrups, mix equal parts water, sugar, and Sage/spruce in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Once it boils, remove from heat, cover, and let steep at least 2 hours.
