This is the first cocktail using my Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub. I absolutely hate vinegar so this ingredient was the worst thing I've ever had to make. It turned out really good though and works perfectly in this drink!
Ingredients:

Giffard's Framboise De Ronce
Instructions:
Muddle the cardamom pods in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with some bitters and a lemon twist
Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub:
5 Cups of Chopped Strawberries
3 Cups of Chopped Rhubarb
2L of Apple Cider Vinegar
1.75 Cups of Sugar
Add the strawberries and rhubarb to a non reactive pot. Fill with the vinegar till it completely covers the fruit. Cover and let sit for one week.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the temperature and let simmer for one hour. Strain the mixture and return it to the pot. Add the sugar and simmer for another 15 minutes. Let cool then bottle and refrigerate. Will last indefinitely
