This drink is for the bitter-lovers out there: a bold, bitter take on the classic bolevardier by swapping out some of the Campari for bitters. I also swapped Campari for a slightly more citrus forward apertif; if you can't get your hands on that bottle, consider equal parts Campari and Aperol.
Ingredients:
- Pigeon River Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey
- The Bitter Truth Bogart's Bitters
Instructions:
Stir until chilled, strain into glass, garnish with orange twist and cherry.
