Candy Orange Martini

Don’t throw away the candy corn that you will likely never eat. Instead, drop a generous bunch into some gin and store it in the freezer for a week. From there, it’s easy! This is such a simple and festive martini you can enjoy year-round, but come Halloween, I will be making them by the dozen!
Ingredients:
- Old Harbor San Miguel Southwestern Gin
- Ginger Beer
Instructions:
Infuse gin with candy corn in freezer for at least a week. Pour chilled infused gin into a martini glass. Top with 1 oz Reed’s Ginger Beer. Garnish with dried orange and candied ginger.
