A lower ABV summer daiquiri.
Ingredients:

Dented Brick Glitter Disco Nut Coconut Rum

Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine 1/4 c. Dried coconut, 1/2 tbsp. Sugar, and 1 tsp. Sea salt. Pulse until fine texture is achieved. Rim a glass with the coconut sugar. Set aside. Combine drink ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
