I think this one fulfills those wishes. I know we’re getting close to spring, but there are still enough chilly nights and sore throats going around to give this one a try. The green tea is a great backbone to support the anise-leaning absinthe and aquavit, and the melon liqueur gives a slight fruity funk that is at home with these flavors. The gentle pot, still malty funk, and aged fruit notes from a quality Irish whiskey need depth to round out what is a really fun sip. ",

- Aquavit
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to glass including one tea bag of green tea. Top with 4-6oz boiling water. Garnish amd serve.
