"Hibiscurious | Crafted Pour"

"This is one hell of a flavor packed punch. Multiple punches. In the face. Round 1 brings together a sweet, banana-y and spice rum in Bumbu meeting its match in a spiced and spicy bourbon blend including negro peppers cinnamon allspice and clove. Then Wray and Nephew and Campari bring funk and a bitter bite for round 2. Round 3 seems a little more forgiving with grapefruit and lemon jabbing with plenty of citrusy acidity, matched by a cinnamon hibiscus syrup with its floral sweetness with a little help from anise syrup. But in round 4, tons of Peychauds and Tiki Bitters deliver the knockout, while at the same time playing so well with the other flavors. If this sounds like a lot, it absolutely is, but I was so Hibsicurious how it would turn out, and after a little workshopping, this may be my craziest, and favorite, drink I’ve ever made.", "undefined", "Hibiscurious",
