This cocktail has a taste palette that can easily be changed from the leaner vanilla, mango and mint fresh flavour to a more spicy tequila flavour depending on a few smaller adjustments. All depending on your own preferences. Ingredients: - Mango Purèe - Mint Leaves Instructions: Thaw frozen mango bits and blend into a purèe. Add a bit of water to make it easier to work with since the purée can quite easily be super thick. In this first step you can also mix the jalapeño if you like things spicier. Pour the lime juice, agave syrup, jalapeño and mint leaves in the shaker and muddle. Add vodka, tequila and ice and shake. If you go with the mixed jalapeño instead of muddled you can add more tequila to bring out more heat.
