In Sweden we have a tradition to eat a raspberry/blueberry jam with our pancakes simply translated to "Queen Jam". A spur of the moment let this idea to translate over to a sour cockail of course.
This is simply a easly sippable smooth berry vodka cocktail.
I had some raspberry vodka and I just added a tiny bit of home-made raspberry syrup since I think it is a richer flavor. You can use a non-flavored vodka and add more syrup as an alternative of course.
Ingredients:
- Raspberry Vodka
- Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with the egg white. Dry-shake to get the froth going then add ice to shake again just to chill the drink.
Strain, serve, smile!
